a) (1) 6’ x 30” tabletop exhibit at UCSF assigned location
b) Standard acknowledgement from the podium
c) Acknowledgement in the course syllabus distributed to each registrant
d) (2) exhibitors/representatives and (1) copy of the course syllabus
